 If you need a sales person who will be more than an order taker, I am your man.  I have been professionally involved as a Realtor for many years, but my experience goes beyond that.  I have bought and sold property, developed subdivisions and managed real estate LLC for my associates and myself.  All of my ventures have been successful.

My expereince can be of assistance in helping to organize the ins and outs of setting up a successful development.  This can involve helping find competent professionals needed to meet the required presentations for the Government agencies and financial intuitions.  Working through government agencies can be complex and involved and I have been successful in working through the red tape.  I can help from acquiring the land through organizing and supervising the contractors and then setting up a sales program to sell the finished project.  I can help you with one lot or a comlete subdivision or commercial building.

I can help in finding and making the necessary presentations to financial instructions to obtain the best financing terms.  I also have access to private investors who are interested in entering into joint developments.
